Charity nights, weddings, quinceañeras, block parties. The Xurro Truck has pulled up to all of them. We bring the fryer, the cinnamon sugar, and the same recipe we have been perfecting since 1996.

    Pick your date

    The calendar shows when the truck is free, morning or evening. Tap your day, pick a start time and how long. 2 hours are included, extra hours are $100 each.

    Tell us about the party

    Where it is, how many guests, and how many churros, sundaes, funnel cakes and drinks you want.

    Pay online

    Your whole order is paid up front, so your date is locked the moment it goes through. Our team follows up to confirm the details.

The $1,000 minimum

It's a tab, not a fee.

Booking the truck comes with a $1,000 food and drink minimum. That is not an extra charge on top. Every churro, sundae, and horchata you order counts toward it.

  • ✓You build your order right on this page. A meter fills up as you add items, so you always know how close you are.
  • ✓The $200 booking and travel fee is separate. It does not count toward the $1,000.
  • ✓2 hours of serving are included. Each extra hour is $100, up to 6 hours, and is also separate from the $1,000.

How does payment work?

You pay for your whole order by card when you book: your food and drinks, the $200 booking and travel fee, and $100 for each hour past the included 2. There is no separate deposit. That takes your date off the calendar, and the Xurro team then reaches out to confirm the details.

What is the $1,000 minimum?

It is the least a truck order comes to in food and drinks. Think of it as a tab: everything you order counts toward it. The order builder on this page shows your running total and how far you are from $1,000. The $200 booking and travel fee is separate.

How long does the truck stay?

Every booking includes 2 hours of serving. Need longer? Pick up to 6 hours when you book. Each hour past the first 2 is $100, added to your total before you pay. It does not count toward the $1,000 minimum.

What does "half booked" mean?

The truck can do two events a day: one in the morning (starting 6 AM to 12 PM) and one in the afternoon or evening (starting 1 PM to 11 PM). A half booked day still has one of those open. We keep 1.5 hours between the two events so the truck can clean up and get to you on time, so the calendar only shows start times that leave that gap.

Is my date really held?

Yes. The calendar on this page is live. Once your payment goes through, nobody else can book the truck for your time.

What kinds of events do you do?

Weddings, quinceañeras, birthdays, graduations, company parties, school and church events, charity fundraisers, festivals, and markets. If people are gathering, churros fit.

Can I change my order after I book?

Reach out through the contact page with your name and event date, and the Xurro team will help you adjust it.

My date shows as booked. Now what?

Try a nearby day. If your date cannot move, send us a note through the catering form and we will see what we can do.
